For Townhomes, 19 properties sold in May, 12 of 19 sold above list price. The median number of days on the market was 8. The median price was $1,260,000.
For Duplexes, 7 properties sold in May, 3 of 7 sold above list price. The median number of days on the market was 7. The median price was $2,092,000.
