15 of the 25 Condos listed sold at asking or over last month. 12 of those 15 sold within 7 days (we usually accept offers on the 7th day). 8 of the 10 Condos that sold under list, sold greater than 7 days. (They didn’t receive an offer on the 7th day, then they accept any offers as they come in after the 7th day expires)

5 of the 6 townhomes sold over ask. 4 of the 5 sold within 7 days. The townhome that sold under list was on the market for 39 days.
